Things must really be shifting in the political world when consistently-conservative columnist George F. Will is taking John McCain to task. Will states that McCain is quick to demand the head of SEC Chairman Christopher Cox and make him a scapegoat for the Wall Street crisis while failing to offer any real solutions to the problems at hand. This lack of substance, Will says, is likely a lack of aptitude -- in other words, John McCain doesn't get it so what else can he say?
You've gotta love George F. Will comparing John McCain to Alice in Wonderland's Queen of Hearts in one of her "off with his head!" moments. This type of operatic behavior is well suited to fairy tales, kids, not the leader of the free world.
